Jambuza is operated by Liwan Craft, based in Kuwait. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

جمبزة يشغّلها ليوان كرافت، ومقرها الكويت. إحنا المسؤولون عن البيانات الشخصية الموضّحة هنا.

Gameplay data: a nickname and avatar you choose, the room/game codes you use, and the answers, votes and scores you submit while playing. Other players in your room can see your nickname, avatar and the answers you share during a game.

بيانات اللعب: الاسم والأفتار اللي تختارهم، وأكواد الغرفة/اللعبة، والأجوبة والتصويت والنقاط اللي تسجّلها وأنت تلعب. اللاعبين الثانين في غرفتك يشوفون اسمك وأفتارك والأجوبة اللي تشاركها في اللعبة.

Account (optional): if you create an account, we store your email address. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time magic link sent to your email. Signing in with Apple or Google shares your email (and, if you allow it, your name) with us — we do not receive your password.

الحساب (اختياري): إذا سويت حساب، نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني. تقدر تسجّل دخول عن طريق Apple أو Google أو رابط سحري لمرة وحدة يوصلك على البريد. تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple أو Google يشاركنا بريدك (واسمك إذا سمحت) — ما نستلم كلمة السر.

Payments: purchases (game codes and Premium Pass) are handled by third-party payment processors. They collect the payment details needed to complete your purchase; we receive a record that a payment succeeded, not your full card number.

المدفوعات: عمليات الشراء (أكواد الألعاب والاشتراك المميز) تتم عن طريق مزوّدي دفع خارجيين. هم يجمعون تفاصيل الدفع اللازمة، وإحنا نستلم بس تأكيد نجاح العملية، مو رقم بطاقتك كامل.

TV pairing: when you connect a TV, we generate a short-lived pairing code to link your phone and the screen. These codes expire automatically.

ربط التلفزيون: لمّا توصّل شاشة، نولّد كود ربط مؤقت يربط تليفونك بالشاشة. هالأكواد تنتهي تلقائياً.

Device & log data: like most online services, our servers automatically record technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events, to keep the service running, secure and improving.

بيانات الجهاز والسجلات: مثل أغلب الخدمات، سيرفراتنا تسجّل تلقائياً بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان الـ IP ونوع الجهاز والمتصفّح وأحداث استخدام أساسية، عشان نشغّل الخدمة ونأمّنها ونطوّرها.

We use the data to run game rooms and show live results, to create and secure your account, to process purchases, to prevent abuse and fraud, to provide support, and to understand and improve how the games are used.

نستخدم البيانات عشان نشغّل الغرف ونعرض النتائج الحيّة، ونسوّي حسابك ونأمّنه، ونعالج المشتريات، ونمنع الإساءة والاحتيال، ونقدّم الدعم، ونفهم ونحسّن طريقة استخدام الألعاب.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Jambuza — hosting and infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics — and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users and service.

ما نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات بس مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا نشغّل جمبزة — الاستضافة والبنية التحتية ومزوّدي الدفع والتحليلات — وبالقدر اللازم فقط. وممكن نفصح عن البيانات إذا طلبها القانون أو لحماية أمان وحقوق مستخدمينا وخدمتنا.

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your active room and preferences (like language and theme), and measure basic usage. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

نستخدم الكوكيز والتخزين المحلي في متصفّحك عشان نبقّيك مسجّل دخول، ونتذكّر غرفتك النشطة وتفضيلاتك (مثل اللغة والثيم)، ونقيس الاستخدام الأساسي. تقدر تمسحها بأي وقت من إعدادات المتصفّح.

Game rooms are temporary — room data is short-lived and cleared after play. Account data is kept while your account is active; if you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep records (for example, a purchase record for accounting or legal reasons).

الغرف مؤقتة — بيانات الغرفة قصيرة العمر وتنمسح بعد اللعب. بيانات الحساب نحتفظ فيها ما دام حسابك نشط؛ وإذا طلبت حذف حسابك نمسح بياناتك الشخصية، إلا اللي نلزم بالاحتفاظ فيه (مثل سجل شراء لأسباب محاسبية أو قانونية).

Jambuza is designed for family and group play, and many rounds are suitable for kids playing alongside adults. Accounts and purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent or guardian's involvement; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

جمبزة مصمّمة للعب العائلي والجماعي، وواجد من الجولات مناسبة للأطفال يلعبون مع الكبار. الحسابات والمشتريات موجّهة للكبار. ما نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال بدون مشاركة ولي الأمر؛ وإذا تعتقد إن طفل زوّدنا ببيانات، تواصل معنا وبنمسحها.

We use encryption in transit and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل وإجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. ما في خدمة أونلاين آمنة ١٠٠٪، بس نشتغل على حماية معلوماتك.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and you can play without an account for most games. To make a request, or if you have any privacy question, contact us at the address below.

تقدر توصل لبياناتك وتصحّحها أو تحذفها، وتقدر تلعب بدون حساب في أغلب الألعاب. لأي طلب أو سؤال عن الخصوصية، تواصل معنا على العنوان أدناه.

Jambuza runs on cloud infrastructure that may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where this happens, we take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy.

جمبزة تشتغل على بنية سحابية ممكن تعالج وتخزّن البيانات في دول غير دولتك. لمّا يصير هذا، ناخذ خطوات لحماية بياناتك بما يتوافق مع هالسياسة.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the 'last updated' date at the top, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.

ممكن نحدّث هالسياسة من وقت لوقت. لمّا نسوي، بنغيّر تاريخ 'آخر تحديث' فوق، والتعديلات المهمة بنوضّحها داخل التطبيق.
